Case Report: Single Visit Pulpectomy and Stainless Steel Crown

A male patient with a chief complaint of pain on the upper left and lower right region. The patient had severe and continuous pain. The patient’s medical and familial history did not reveal any diseases. In the clinical examination of the oral cavity, large carious lesion was detected on the upper left second deciduous and lower right second deciduous molar. The tooth was sensitive to percussion and palpation. However, no sinus tracts or flow of pus was detected. The occlusal caries was observed on the lower left second deciduous molar. The single visit pulpectomy procedure of upper left second deciduous and lower right second deciduous molar was performed. Both the tooth was restored with stainless steel (SS) crown. The GIC restoration was done on the lower left second deciduous molar.
